(“Ningbo Henglong”) is an upscale manufacturer specialized in the research, development, production and marketing sales of high-end headset components, center axles and other steering components of two-wheelers (motorcycles, electric vehicles, bicycles, scooters).
With an impressive technical R&D strength and more than 10 technical specialists, Ningbo Henglong drafted the Chinese standard for headsets and center axles. Over 20 years, Ningbo Henglong has been granted over 20 provincial, municipal, district and county government honors. In 2020, Ningbo Henglong was granted the honorary title of the second batch of “Specialized, Fined, Peculiar·Little Giant” by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC; in 2021, rated as a state-level “High-tech Enterprise” by the government in 2021.
The manufacturing flow includes more than 20 processes such as forging, stamping, hardware, precision machining, heat treatment, and phosphating. Currently, it owns more than 500 sets of equipment ranging from automatic CNC lathes, large carving processing centers, punching presses, grinding presses, and knurling presses. With these sets of equipment, Ningbo Henglong is capable of processing and manufacturing steel parts, aluminum alloys and other metal parts throughout the process.
