Over the past 10 years, more than 24 million electric bicycles put on the market by "Emma" have all adopted the electric bicycle bicycle headparts produced by Henglong, and more than 24 million sets of bicycle headparts have not had a quality accident.

As early as 2002, Henglong Automobile Co., Ltd. produced bicycle bicycle headparts for Taimei bicycle factory, the predecessor of Emma. In March 2007, Emma entered the electric bicycle industry. Henglong automobile industry developed a new electric bicycle bicycle headpart product and began supporting Emma electric bicycles.

The bicycle headpart is one of the core parts of electric bicycles. The precision requirement of the bicycle headpart is very high in high-end electric bicycle brands. With the further implementation of Henglong's strategy of developing high-end market, at present, Henglong has become the largest manufacturer and supplier of two wheeled vehicle bicycle headparts and bottom bracket component components in China. 40 million sets of bicycle headparts are produced every year, accounting for 25% of the global bicycle headpart sales. 40% products  of our enterprise are produced for Emma, Yadi, Lvyuan, Xinri, Lvjia Fujida and other domestic first-line electric bicycle brands, and 10% of the products are used for high-end high-quality bicycles. At the same time, all kinds of bicycle headparts produced by Henglong are also exported to Japan, South Korea, Europe, the United States and other countries and regions, and all products are under their own brands.
