The first turning point was the "Scooter fever" in 1999. At that time, the scooter market was very hot, and the supply of parts for the first bowl in the market was in short supply. General manager Hu ruke thought over and over again and decided to first ensure the orders of these bicycle foreign trade companies and make the remaining margin for the scooter market. The later development of the enterprise proved that President Hu's decision was wise, and the "Scooter fever" subsided in about a year. At the beginning, the spare parts enterprises that did their best in the scooter market began to turn around to find the complete bicycle enterprises to ask for orders, and even kept reducing prices to strive for orders. At this time, the customers before Henglong began to return. They still continued to send orders to Henglong at the original price, so that Henglong was not affected by market fluctuations.

The second turning point was supporting good children's products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as good children) in 2001“ The order price of "good child" was nearly 40% ~ 50% higher than the market, so Henglong decided to find a way to get the order of "good child". The process of obtaining orders is quite difficult. It has been running in in in the early stage, and the process of sending samples took more than half a year. Facts have proved that supporting "good children" has indeed laid a good foundation for the development of Henglong. It has not only improved the product quality, but also improved the brand reputation, so that the company's customer range has expanded to Guangdong, Jiangsu and other regions outside Zhejiang. Many Taiwan funded enterprises have become Henglong's customers, such as aidiya, Yaoma, Jiancheng, Eurasian horse, Yongqi, Sitong, dumao Kentong and other enterprises began to cooperate with Hang Lung. Because they believe that the product quality of enterprises that can support "good children" is guaranteed. In the following years, Hang Lung achieved rapid development and doubled its annual output.

The third turning point is to enter the Tianjin market after 2002. The output doubled in those years, largely driven by orders from Tianjin.

The fourth turning point is the equipment upgrading and technical process improvement from 2010 to 2012. Hang Lung invested about 12 million yuan in 2010 to transform and update all production equipment. Henglong's products are favored by a large number of new customers.

With the passage of time, Hang Lung's investment in equipment and technology renewal has slowly transformed into actual output, showing its excellent efficiency. In 2013, Hang Lung began to contact some high-end brands in Europe. After two years of sample confirmation, Hang Lung has obtained orders from these European brands since 2016. These European high-end brands are very strict and stipulate that suppliers can't make any mistakes before placing an order. Because Henglong uses precision punch equipment and can well control the accuracy of products, it has the ability to meet the needs of these high-end customers. By July 2017, Hang Lung had cooperated with these brands for one year. Although the orders in this year were only tens of thousands, their quality requirements were indeed unprecedented for Hang Lung. Pressure is also a driving force. Although the order volume is not large, supporting high-end brands has truly promoted the technological progress of the enterprise and brought the enterprise to a new level. In 2016, there was a "whirlwind" of sharing bicycles across the country. Before that, Henglong's production capacity saturation was relatively high, about 80% ~ 90%. The explosion of orders for sharing bicycles did not defeat Henglong, and the enterprise can also cope with it. Because Henglong's processing equipment has a high degree of automation and advanced manufacturing technology, now a worker of Henglong can open 30 presses. As long as the equipment is opened, production can be carried out in 24 hours. Now, moBay, ofo, Kuqi, Yongan hang and other shared bicycles are using Henglong's head bowl components. Therefore, Henglong can be said to be one of the main suppliers of shared bicycle head bowl parts. The key lies in the early-stage equipment and technology investment, so that Henglong has such production strength and capacity.
